Governor Hochul Announces Upcoming MLK Tribute Program
Governor Kathy Hochul recently announced that New York State’s annual tribute honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. will air as a statewide broadcast event called “New York State Celebrates Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.” The program will air on PBS stations across New York starting the MLK holiday weekend and also stream online.

Public Invited to Free Special Screening in Albany
The public is invited to attend a free screening of the MLK tribute program on January 8th at the Empire State Plaza Convention Center in Albany. Hosted by Spectrum News anchor Tamani Wooley, doors open at 6pm with the screening starting at 7pm. Light refreshments will be provided while supplies last. Parking in the V-Lot will be free after 4pm.
